Sales are up! According to Santa Barbara’s Real Estate Technology, North County increased by 40 sales in the month of July, from just last year. At 277 closes, July 2013 sales increased by 64, with June of 2013 ending with only 213 sales. As shown in the graph, there was a peak in sales at around this time last year. Top sales of 2012 were reached in August. We believe that we are going to see a similar happening this year because of this fast moving market. In Santa Barbara’s South County, sales are exactly the same as July of 2012, with 217 closes. That is up 8 sales from June of 2013.
